Lamson Guru S-Series Reels feature a larger spool diameter and slightly narrower spool width than original Guru reels from the past. Lighter than ever, the new machining reduces weight and has a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. Combined, Lamson Guru S-Series Reels sport a modernized look, lighter weight, and quicker retrieve speed. All of this for a very reasonable price point for a completely machined and anodized aluminum reel. The new sizing format from Lamson suggests a more wide rage of line sizes used on each reel.
