I designed the Generation IV 102wt to be a finesse tool with the versatility to cover most lightnymphing work and some overhead casting. This rod loads easilyand with small to medium sized flies or multi-fly rigs on microleaders. The 10 2wt model will cast overhead with a true 2wt flyline and single dry or nymph. For dry dropper style fishing orindicator work, the 3wt models are a more suitable choice inGeneration IV nymph rods.
