Where to Use the Embrace DH 12′ #7/8
This light double hand fly fishing kit is just so much fun and is the perfect tool for smaller rivers or typical low water fishing in our quest for chrome. Length and line size is to cover more or less the same type of fishing and waters as the switch rod but is a true double hand rod and does have a little higher capacity to control the line and fish in little bit larger waters. But do not let the size fool you, there is plenty enough power to cope with big salmon and angry steelhead, whilst still being stealthy enough for spooky sea trout. This fly fishing outfit is also a given choice for big migratory brown trout!
Each Embrace DH 12′ #7/8 kit comes pre-assembled with:
Embrace 12′ #7/8 double-hand rod designed for powerful and delicate casting.

Intermediate Tip 12′ 7g/108gr, a slow-sinking tip perfect for various fishing conditions.
30lb backing and tapered leader mounted on the outfit & ready to use
Cordura tube with integrated reel compartment for easy transport and storage. .
Where to Use the Embrace DH 13′ #8/9
This might be the most all-round salmon fly fishing outfit in the range as it is the perfect “in between size”. It manages a variety of scenarios, from smaller rivers to large waters without ever giving you the feeling that you are completely outgunned. However, it truly shines when fishing those medium size rivers, which most salmon rivers actually are. For some steelhead rivers a 13 #8/9 outfit is a great choice, as well as when fishing for large sea trout.

Where to use Embrace DH 14 #9/10.
When you go for the larger rivers and fish early in the season with spring flood a longer rod is needed. This type of fishing often means deep wading, long casts and sometimes even heavier sinking lines. For this, a 14 fly rod and reel outfit helps you to cover big waters whilst still being a very comfortable combo to fish with a full day. Big waters don’t always mean spring flood, it’s more about general width and being able to control the swing throughout a long cast and why a long rod is needed.

Embrace 14′ #9/10 double hand fly rod A powerful setup for salmon & big migratory fish.

Effortless Casting & Precision Control
The rods mid flex action curve and medium fast recovery, makes this rod very user friendly and gives a feeling of power and delicacy both whilst casting and fighting fish. This fly rod and reel outfit is matched with a shooting head system, meaning you have a shooting line, followed by our Power Scandi Body and an intermediate tip. This short and well-balanced head is extremely easy to cast, and you will find that Spey casting all of a sudden isn’t that hard. The lines taper suits all anglers and exceeds in all types of Spey casting. The combo is delivered with a tip in a very universal density called intermediate, which is a slow sinking and will get you a long way.
