This H2O Shiner material is the flash used to create the infamous Steve Farrar Blend. Composed of fine strands of metallic flash with a lustrous glowing appearance, this product adds subtle flash to your streamers. Tie it in directly, or spin it into brush. You can even add it to blend of your own design.
