Description

The non-rotary models, suited to simple application of hackle to hook shanks, are 2 1/4″ long; choose from a brass model with a gold finish and rubber tubing on one jaw or a black tool steel model with duplex tubing (on both jaws). Rotary models, good for tying parachute patterns, have stainless steel jaws with rubber tubing on one jaw. All rotary models also have a handy half hitch tool on the lower end of the handle.
