One unique thing about these saddles is that they are dyed over white and then barred black using Montana Flys proprietary bar-dying process that penetrates the feather rather than simply coating the surface. What that means is that you get super consistent barring that will never fade in colors that were previous unavailable to the contemporary fly tyer.
